spring has sprung

there is so much change happening in my house recently, it is had to describe it all. My spring garden has been planted, my daffodils are coming up, life is returning to my yard and i am thankful! everyone is in mostly good health. My big one was up all night with an fever and ear infection and my little one had a sinus infection. a big shout out to the dr. that looked at Riley during Connor's appointment and was able to prescribe him meds to get better! i really don't like medicating my kids but i felt they needed something!

.... what have i been up to.. well let me give you some sneak peeks....
..........I am working on painting the living room walls and trim, the same color will go up the steps and into the Hall upstairs... not sure if i like it yet... ..........the garden has expanded and is tilled (by hand!!!!) and onions and lettuce and cauliflower, strawberries and potatoes are all planted. waiting to plant the tomatoes and peppers. I have plans for so many things this summer like canning and freezing all kinds of veggies for the winter...

i have such big plans for this light i received from someone off of freecycle.org i am going to copy Pottery Barn like the best best of them. more info to follow

.......this.......ohhh yeah we are getting our house painted!!!!!! really looking forward to this!!!

and today ... what did i do today?

well today i dug a new pond for our backyard and i am so excited! i can't wait to get our house looking like the pictures i have in my head!... much more to come in the near future
